Check the following:

2. Has pads PLUGGED IN (Pad check comes next)

Passes user self-test

Oxygen cylinder is at least 3/4 full AND at least the following masks are present:
1. x1 100% adult mask (Non-Rebreather)
2. x1 100% paediatric mask (Non-Rebreather)
3. x1 simple (50%) adult mask
4. x1 simple (50%) paediatric mask

Check:
1. It is physically present
2. It has no tears or rips in the seat fabric
3. The handle tape is intact
4. The seatbelts are present and intact with no damage
5. There is a suitable blanket present, and stored INSIDE the chair

Check that the following work & are correct

1. Fingertip Oximeter (working)
2. BP Cuff (Present)
3. Stethoscope (Present)
4. Tympanic Thermometer (AND at last 5 probe covers)
5. Glucometer (AND at least 5 of each test strips, lancets and NON-alcohol wipes)

There should be at least 1 radio present and functioning for every person working

The area should be clean and tidy
